Behavioral Support

This service is to serve adults aged 18 and older who have intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This all-encompassing service commences with a detailed evaluation of the individual's behavioral requirements and challenges. Following this assessment, a tailored behavioral support plan is created and updated regularly to include effective strategies aimed at enhancing the individual's well-being and fostering positive behaviors.

The service encompasses the execution of interventions specifically designed to tackle behavioral issues. Additionally, training is offered not only to the individual but also to staff members and caregivers, ensuring that all parties involved comprehend and can consistently implement the support strategies. Our service levels are aligned with the qualifications of providers as well as the complexity of everyone’s needs, facilitating an appropriate alignment of services:

  • Individuals with moderate behavioral support requirements, typically assisted by qualified behavioral specialists possessing foundational expertise.
  • Those facing more intricate or severe behavioral challenges necessitating advanced qualifications from providers along with specialized interventions.
